Start Service - In Office

You may visit us at 12452 US Hwy 87 E., Adkins, Texas.  Please bring proof of ownership such as the Warranty Deed or Closing Disclosure or a signed rental lease agreement along with a vaild photo ID. The $200 deposit and $30 transfer fee* must be paid once the account has been created.

Start Service - By E-Mail

Download and complete the service agreement that applies to your request (listed below) and email to accountservices@ecsud.com along with proof of ownership such as the Warranty Deed or Closing Disclosure or signed rental lease agreement and a vaild photo ID. You will receive an email containing your account number and details within two business days. The $200 deposit and $30 transfer fee* can be paid via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express through the customer portal after you receive your email response from us or by calling 210-649-2383. The required fees must be paid in order to complete the process for new service.

*If the meter has been disconnected, a different fee will be applied.

Stop Service - A Request to Terminate Services Form (listed below) must be completed and sent along with a valid ID to our email address or it can be dropped off at our office. Termination of services will not be done over the phone.
